OUR MISSION

To promote interest in the sport of wrestling among parents and the youth of Northern Sacramento and surrounding areas. We hope to display how this physically and mentally demanding sport prepares you for life through character development, confidence and, self-esteem building.

Knightmare Wrestling Academy(KWA) was started in 2020 to help promote the sport of wrestling, as well as provide an outlet for our youth. Here at KWA our goal is to not only create great wrestlers, but to create great people. We aim to instill a wide range of core values to the youth of all ages.

We practice every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, in Room K1 at Rio Linda High School.
